Reprogramming adult somatic cells into human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPS)

The generation of human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPS) to be used for the differentiation of tissue-like structures has become a powerful tool in biomedical research. We can offer the reprogramming of adult somatic cells (fibroblasts, PBMC) from patients into hiPS by the expression of the 4 Yamanaka reprogramming factors. hiPS will be derived, amplified and characterised for stemness and pluripotency.
